I will endeavour to promote and advance the adims and objects of the Institution without obligation what so ever. I understake that if i desire to withdraw from the Institution. I shall settle all my arrears as may stand to my account at the time of withdrawl, I declare that the entries in this form are correct to the best of my knowledge.
