I agree that in the event of my election to any class of membership of the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Pakistan, I will be governed by the constitution and Bye-laws of the Instiution, as they now stand or may hereafter be amended/altered without previous notice to me. I will endeavour to promote and advance the aims and objects of the Institution without any obligation whatsoever. I undertake that if I desire to withdraw from the Institution, I shall settle all my arrears as may stand to my account at the time of withdrawal. I declare that the entries in this form are correct to the best of my knowledge.
